The staff were great, very polite. Great facilities, clean rooms, comfortable bed. Convenient location near shops and mall. Helpful and friendly staff.

The room was large and spacious, with comfortable beds and a good internet connection. The location was convenient, with a short walk to the mall and metro station. The availability of taxis right outside the hotel was also a plus.
There were some issues with maintenance, such as broken door safety latch and blown-out light bulbs. The balcony was small and inaccessible due to the placement of the furniture.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly, always ready to help us out with finding the nearest Indian restaurants. The location was excellent, close to Mall of Emirates and in an accessible area with easy Metro access. The cleanliness of the hotel was great and the facilities were great. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided.

The location was fantastic, very close to Mall of the Emirates and all amenities. The room was spacious and clean, with everything I needed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always there to assist with any request. The service was exceptional, especially from Mr Sameh at reception who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area for its convenient location and excellent service.
That some parts of the coach in the room were ripped and needed to be replaced.

This hotel is definitely value for money. The prices are affordable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location, just behind the Mall of the Emirates, is perfect for exploring the area. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities provided are great. The rooms are spacious with new kitchen appliances, offering lovely views and a very comfy bed.
No major issues, everything was fine during my stay.

The staff at Al Waleed Palace Hotel Apartment Al Barsha were accommodating and helpful. They went out of their way to arrange taxis and trips for us. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and cleaned to perfection every day. The friendly and cute staff made us feel safe and well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.
